Changes:

• New texture filtering toggle!
• Costume hotkeys now work when not focused in the window!
• Costume hotkeys can now be rebound to other keys!
• Bounce slider have been renamed to "bounce force" and moved into the settings.
• New bounce gravity slider in settings.
• New settings to control blink speed.
• Can now enable the bounce effect when switching costume.
• Png+ will now display messages after actions to make it clearer what's going on.
• Moved control tutorial to info popup, and added more commands to it.

• Fixed issue that would cause saving sprites from .save to fail. ( CONTROL + L )
