Changes:

• Added apples that rarely drop from trees
• Holding down can now attach you to the ladder as well
• Fall damage made a little less damaging
• Clicking on a hotbar slot with the inventory closed now selects it 
• Fixed bug where dropping off a ladder from the bottom would cause fall damage
