controls:

• WASD for movement
• SPACE to jump
• LEFT CLICK to use item
• RIGHT CLICK to interact with block
• SCROLL to select hotbar item
• 1 - 9 also selects hotbar items
• E to open inventory
• SHIFT while crafting to craft max stack
• ESC or P to pause game
• ~ to toggle fullscreen
